6. Access to Resources
Secretarial Services can be used on an as-needed basis. The same winning economic principles that justify Business Centres against leased property, also apply to shared secretarial time. Can you guarantee 100% utilisation of any administrative assistance every week? Meeting rooms, training rooms, boardrooms, catering are all available on a pay-as-you-use basis.

7. Flexibility
You can upsize or downsize, permanently or temporarily with minimum notice, or move on elsewhere.
