Kinetic Centre is a modern two storey 30,000 square foot office building with 300 workstations in 80 offices. The smallest office is 110 square feet and the largest 1,500. A 14,000 square feet purpose-designed extension building was opened in 1999.

High quality partitioning is easily reconfigured to meet the requirements of individual companies.

All offices have modern attractive furniture with a range of storage options. Each has Scandinavian double-glazing and separate air conditioning systems that operate on occupancy. Late night or weekend working has the benefit of 24 hour climate control.

The Centre's own private 150 space car park has 24 hour controlled access. Visitor and disabled parking together with cycle racks are provided.

An air-conditioned gym and showers are available for the use of Licensees and their employees.

A lift is provided. Disabled access and facilities are available.

The Reception Area is staffed from 8:30am to 5:30pm. Visitors are warmly greeted and offered hospitality.
