Kinetic Centre has repeatedly led serviced office industry technology. The first to install an Avaya Definity voice switch and to specify/design the "Medusa" broadband distribution system, now standard in many UK Centres. Also the first to become an ISP in order to provide true resilience over multiple broadband leased line circuits, from different providers, using public IP addresses.

IP and/or digital telephones, Faxes, Broadband Internet Access, Computer Networks and room-to-room are all connected using Category 5e cabling infrastructure via our air-conditioned Comms Room. Network switches are centrally hosted there to keep offices relatively cable-free. Office wi-fi networks may be used.

The telephone system is a 500+ port IP enabled Avaya Definity switch using executive hands-free phones throughout. The Avaya Audix voicemail system provides sophisticated messaging and recording. Every company and user has their own DDI number and 24/7 globally accessible voicemail box. Voicemails or conversation recordings can be transferred to your in-box in data file format for retention. Faxes can also be directed to your in-box.

IP phones are available to resident or virtual clients for home use allowing your extension to "follow me". Hot Desking Log-On/Log-Off facilities allow multiple users to share one workstation/phone position. Audio Conferencing with five simultaneous destinations is available from each phone. "Soft" phone on-screen dialing and/or simultaneous ringing of your desk extension and mobile are useful options.

A racked air conditioned server room is provided for noisy or large servers.

Multipoint video conferencing is available using Internet IP or ISDN lines. All public rooms, including our cafeteria, have wi-fi internet access. Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) can be utilised over the broadband lines as can Web and Mail Servers.

A terrestrial TV aerial feed can be supplied to your office.
